Would Apostle Paul Write About Your Family’s Faith Practice?

Has your family recently glanced at the New Testament epistles—letters to the new churches in the Bible? As you move through books of the Bible like 1 and 2 Corinthians, do their issues seem oddly familiar? There’s a reason. Even with 2,000 years between us, we are not that much different than the new believers.

We struggle to interpret and apply God’s Word to the world around us—nothing new there! But have you paused to wonder what the Apostle Paul would write to the Church today, your local church body, or your family?

Do some prayer and soul-searching. As a family, write down your sin struggles, then commit to actively pray for the Lord to cleanse you of these things. Like Paul, our commitment to purity can result in radical change!
