American Heritage Girls offers several opportunities and Christian events for members to come together to learn, dream, worship, network, and complete service initiatives with each other.

AHGinspire National Leadership Conference

AHGinspire is a National Leadership Conference for Adult Members of American Heritage Girls. National Leadership Conferences have historically been offered as a weekend getaway for registered Adult Members of AHG to be renewed, refreshed, and to enjoy fellowship.

The name was chosen to INSPIRE volunteers to grow in their spiritual walk and empower them to lead like Jesus.

AHGinspire includes praise and prayer, inspiring national speakers, amazing workshops that will equip members to grow personally and enhance their skills as a leader.

Timing: *Held every four years in a rotating location

*Unless it is an anniversary year like 2020 or 2025, in which the AHG National Anniversary Convention is held.

The next AHGinspire is scheduled to be held June 9–11, 2022 in Cincinnati, OH.

AHG National Anniversary Convention

Timing: Held every five years in a rotating location.

National Day of Service

AHG’s National Day of Service began in 2012 and is held annually on the third Saturday in September. This day is set aside for Troops across the country to join together in living out the AHG Oath in their communities. The date was selected to fall around the time of AHG’s birthday and can serve as a celebration as a Troop gives the gift of service to its community.

Troops are encouraged to plan an event for National Day of Service which will allow them to serve their communities, Charter Organizations, and churches. As Troop volunteers create their programming calendars for each Program Year, they are encouraged to pray with their AHG Troop Board, Charter Organization, and the girls to decide who their Troop can serve and how to make an impact.

AHG Program Initiatives for the 2021-2022 Program Year

This AHG Program Year, we are rejoicing over the promise that girls and volunteers can LIVE FREE in Christ. We are free from worry, doubt, and fear because we know God is in control. We are free from allowing circumstances to defeat us, knowing God is growing our character. He promises to use everything we face for our betterment and bring glory to Him. Free to live a Compassionate, Helpful, Honest, Loyal, Perseverant, Pure, Resourceful, Respectful, Responsible, and Reverent life in Christ!

Free to connect, learn, and enjoy a year of fellowship together, even while physically apart. After great success with past virtual events during times of social distancing, AHG is excited to share a schedule of upcoming experiences for girls and Troops across the country. AHG hopes these events will come to life with activities of faith, service, and fun and virtual interactions girls and volunteers will love!

Honoring your country as a Christ-follower looks different for everyone, but we can still come together through His love to show honor and respect for our country and those in authority. Mark your calendars for this fun week of looking back at the history of our country, how you can serve your country today, and how to be a respectful citizen of the future.

Get ready to stretch muscles that you may have never stretched before! Join us this week as we tone and condition your social-emotional skills with topics such as narratives, decision-making, fighting anxiety, building up confidence, and learning to be comfortable in your own skin as a daughter of the King! As we walk through activities and discussion for the week, girls will discover how the Lord created us with a heart, mind, and soul to LIVE FREE and resiliently stand against emotions and social pressures to be a light in the darkness!

Grab your gear and join us as we find God’s grace in living free to discover, innovate, try new things, and fail moving forward to build confidence. This week will be filled with fun activities of individual growth and team collaboration while out in God’s creation.
