Why Your Family Needs to Set Screen Time Intentions

There’s a time and place for limiting screen time, but in these days where our kids are meeting virtually for everything from school to church to extracurriculars, it’s more realistic to set screen time intentions.

Set some screen time goals to make sure your daughter’s time online is constructive. Before she logs on, work together to identify some goals—things like strengthening her faith, serving someone in need, or learning a new skill. Think of these intentions as categories for time spent online—faith, service, and fun!

Technology doesn’t have to be the enemy! Romans 8:28 tells us that all things can work together for good—screen time included! Don’t believe me? Create some intentional screen time for yourself and see how God can be glorified!
