Why Spiritual Hydration is Vital for Your Girl’s Health

“If you’re thirsty, you’re already dehydrated.” Medical experts and moms have been saying this for years. The physical body thrives when it is sufficiently hydrated and will literally die without water. Water is life!

But what about spiritual dehydration? Is your girl healthy or parched? All through the Bible, water is connected as life-giving—and that life comes from God. Whether it be us led beside “still waters” in Psalm 23 or a soul who “hungers and thirsts for righteousness” in Matthew 5, the Lord is constantly portrayed as our Living Water.

If you’ve noticed your girl’s prayer life as sporadic or nonexistent, or her avoiding time in Scripture, gently carve out some intentional time to pour into her heart. Her parched soul depends on it!
