Why Prayer is the Most Effective Key to Evangelism

As a family, how heavy does the burden of a lost world weigh on your heart? If your girl heeds the call to spread the good news, she will want to talk about this often. She might approach you about a new friend at school, deeply concerned about their heart. Evangelists are very aware that a lost world needs Christ’s salvation.

Apostle Paul’s fervor in Romans 10:14-15 to give the good news to those in darkness can be daunting. I’ve heard it said that for evangelism to be effective, we must move as an intercessor first—meaning we pray in faith for God to work in their hearts, recognizing that it’s not on us to save anybody. Lead your girl to pray in this way asking God to bring His Kingdom down to earth.
