Has your girl ever found herself at an unplanned place in life? Maybe she didn’t make the basketball team, had a big recital cancelled, or broke a bone and had to change hobbies or activities? Life’s unexpected shifts can throw her for a loop! 

In Revelation 21:5, Christ says from His throne that he is “making all things new.” Not new like a different version of plans we already made—no, when Christ makes new, it has never been done before and its value lasts eternally! 

If your girl faces a surprise shift in plans and her expectations are dashed, remind her to embrace God’s way of “new”, a way that might surprise her. His plan is rarely what we think it will be!
