Teach Her that The Church is Not a Building, It’s a People

Do you know someone who doesn’t gather with other Believers or attend worship services? 

It’s become common to say, “I don’t need to go to church because I have the Holy Spirit in me.” Wait a moment, the Holy Spirit in us makes us WANT to gather with other Believers to worship the Lord and sharpen our faith together. The Holy Spirit in us isn’t an excuse to bypass gathering with a local church body…  

From Acts 2 forward, the Bible says that the Church lives within the people not a building. But you can encourage joyful church attendance in your girl by carving out and protecting that time on the family calendar. Seal in the consistent practice of cherishing the local church even when society doesn’t.
