Do you know God’s phone number? Okay, okay you’re right, God doesn’t have a cell phone or a landline, but he does give us a pretty simple way to reach Him at all times. Turn your Bible to Jeremiah 33:3 and you’ll find the proverbial speed dial: “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” 

When your girl is ready to reach out to God, does she know how to do it? So often children coming into their spiritual maturity can become overwhelmed by the greatness of God, which suddenly challenges their confidence in prayer.  

Encourage your girl to keep a reverent heart and begin each prayer by simply calling out the name of God—Father, Son, or Holy Spirit.
