How to Guide Her Decisions to a God-Honoring Career

Researchers estimate the average adult makes more than 35,000 decisions per day—all those choices can lead to serious decision fatigue, and with regular fatigue, burnout.

Decisions can become overwhelming, especially for girls entering their teen years. Faced with more responsibility and expectation, girls can experience burnout. Contemplation and discernment are key in shepherding girls on big decisions, like vocations. But on everyday choices, encourage them to do the next right thing

God has each of us in the palm of His hand—as Proverbs 16:9 says, “In their hearts humans plan their course, but the LORD establishes their steps.” Let your girl choose the next right thing and welcome God to chart her progress.

Proverbs 16:9, NIV
