Get Ahead of Burnout so it Doesn’t Plague Her in Adulthood

For girls experiencing burnout at higher levels than ever before, the question shouldn’t be “how can I do it all” it should be “why do I feel like I have to do it all?”.

The common answer you’ll hear from girls is “because of college, duh”. But ultimately doing a lot doesn’t always mean achieving a lot—but it can mean you’re doing things poorly.

God has placed a calling on your girl’s life, and she’s here for a time such as this. Guide her toward finding the thing she’s passionate about, and give her the authority to say ‘no’ to the things she isn’t as passionate about. Fostering this in girlhood means she’ll be better poised for an adulthood relieved of some stress, shame, and burnout.
