If your family gardens, your girl knows the excitement that builds through the spring months toward the summer harvest season. When plants’ bright blooms give way to beans, tomatoes, and sweet berries, she knows it’s almost time to enjoy the fruits of her work. God rewards faithful diligence. 

Does your girl realize that when she spreads the good news of Jesus, she participates in spiritual gardening for the Kingdom of God? In Matthew chapter 9: 37-38, Jesus talks about the urgent need for harvest workers to tend the seeds of faith the Holy Spirit plants in people’s hearts.  

Consider planting a “giveaway garden” this spring. Gifting fruits, vegetables, flowers, and Christ’s love to neighbors in need will show your daughter the impact of her physical and spiritual gardening efforts all summer long.
