Every girl inevitably deals with a bully: either they’re the victim of bullying, they see others being bullied, or they may even become a bully.
So how can we help girls build resilience to survive the mean kids at school…and later in life? How can we help girls who are becoming bullies to learn the ways of love instead? How do we encourage our girls to embody these words from second Timothy: “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, of love, and of a sound mind?”
The answer is three-fold: Help girls discover their identity in Christ, guide them toward developing a deep and practical empathy for others, and find a safe environment for girls to learn and grow—like an American Heritage Girls Troop!
