How Does Your Daughter Let it Out?

How does your daughter let it out? Let out her emotions, thoughts, and feelings to process them in a healthy way? Difficult emotions boil up if there aren’t ways to release them.

Support your girl in identifying outlets that inspire her to process what’s going on in her heart and mind, which is vital as she matures into womanhood. She may discover that she processes best through hiking, music, or pen pal letters to friends.

Most importantly, encourage her to process by daily spending time with God. First Peter says, “Cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” The Lord longs for your girl to come before Him as he guides her to His truth.

  1. My daughter could really use some encouragement and positive friendships. Unfortunately I can’t figure out how to sign up for the pen pal program. Any help?
