Moral Relativism is a dangerous force in today’s world, and it’s one that parents might not be acutely aware of. Put simply, Moral Relativism is the idea that there is no universal set of moral principles. In a morally relative world, everyone’s opinion can be true and no one can be held accountable to a common code.
As believers, we know that the Bible in no way supports the Moral Relativism that is so popular in our world. There are set rights and wrongs. The Bible offers its readers a moral system that encapsulates issues of identity, values, conduct, and belief.
In order to live an ethical Christian life, one that is pleasing to God, we must study the Word, seek wise counsel, and live in community with other believers.
