When was the last time your girl came up against an obstacle—a daunting Algebra test, group presentation jitters, or the big violin solo at her orchestra concert? You might be tempted to discount the obstacle by saying, “It’s not like this is rocket science.” While that’s true—it ISN’T rocket science—what would be most helpful to her?
Consider acknowledging her fears and reminding her of the faithful preparation that led her to this moment. After all, even rocket science takes time to master!
When God led Israel into the Promised Land, Joshua reminded them that God is with them, and His presence is the source of their courage. In the same way, God is with your girl—and He will faithfully see her through any obstacle!
