Does your girl struggle with feelings of inadequacy? Perhaps she has an older sibling who has a knack for making school look “easy”, or maybe a friend who seems to sail through drama unscathed. To be left feeling “incapable” or “less than” is never good.  

There’s a saying “God doesn’t call the equipped, he equips the called.” I know that couldn’t be more true in my own life—after all, as a mom of four, I never thought God was leading me to found American Heritage Girls, a life-changing ministry for girls worldwide.  

Pray this prayer, from Hebrews 13, over your daughter: “Now may the God of peace…equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.”
