Your girl’s grandparents’ or great-grandparents’ generation likely knew well what a church revival was. The evangelism movements in the early 20th century spread across the United States like wildfire. But in more recent years, a resurgence of revival prayer has sprung up, especially on social media. Does your girl know that word or what she’s being called to pray for? 

To ask God to revive His people is to ask for Him to breathe life again into our hearts. Though we cannot manipulate God into a revival movement, Scripture shows many instances that God meets people where they are when hearts are open to His work. 

Talk with your girl about when the Church is on fire for the Lord in prayer, giving, healing, and to receive the gospel message with open hearts.
