If we were to ask you, what makes your girl a daughter of the King, what would you say? Perhaps that she’s compassionate, honest, helpful, loyal? Yes! Your girl is all of these and more. But despite these characteristics, she is something even more noteworthy.

She is chosen. Chosen by her creator! Not because of anything she’s done to deserve it, but because He loves her more than anything.

First Peter tells us, “…you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession …”  

The next time your girl questions who she is, her abilities, or what makes her unique, remind her of the simple truth that she is chosen by God to declare his praises and goodness.
