Do you live in Easter mode all year long? I’m not talking about fluffy bunnies and chocolate cream eggs, though who doesn’t love those? I’m talking empty tomb, Christ is risen, Easter joy mode.  

It can be easy to take for granted what a risen Christ, thousands of years ago, means for us on earth today.  

This Easter season, before you pack away the festive spring décor, make a calendar event for your phone sometime before next Easter. Plan to pull it out again and celebrate the joy of this season at any point of the year. Better yet, put your daughter in charge of the celebration. Task her with planning a surprise Easter party for your family to revel in the joy of our salvation when you’re all least expecting it!
