In life, proper alignment is key. Whether it be the tires on your mom-mobile or the joints in your body, good alignment makes all the difference. But have you considered the effects of your alignment, or misalignment, with God? 

The world is full of opinions and beliefs that on the surface may seem agreeable. But dig deeper, and you might find that nugget of truth is distorted by a bedrock of misunderstanding, warped perception, or lies—all things of the enemy. He is the originator of half-truths that pull us out of alignment with God. 

As you parent your girl through right and wrong, be sure to give yourself regular alignment check-ins. Pray the words of Psalm 143:10 “Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground.”
