We expect to hear from God is big, powerful ways. In Scripture, Elijah awaited the overwhelming presence of the Lord. But powerful wind, earthquakes, fire—all these forces passed and it was in the “quiet whisper” that he heard the voice of God. That still, small voice. 

Is your daughter waiting to hear from God in a big powerful way? While waiting for the force of nature the way Elijah did, might she be missing His quiet assurance?
