When to Pause and Reassess the Family Calendar

As your girl grows into her teen years, she also grows in leadership skills, multitasking, and responsibility. This season is a great training ground for her adult life—in the home, in the workplace, and in every setting of life! After the first few missed deadlines or failed communications, your girl might be tempted to “throw in the towel” and never step up as a leader. With all your might, help her to pause and reassess. For a Godly girl, not growing is not an option!

Make a regular practice of showing her the calendar while overlapping her responsibilities, projects, and appointments or events. This gives her an idea of what is possible with her available time and what is the priority. The Kingdom of God needs female leaders who possess a refined resilience.
