When Scheduled Activities Take Over Your Daughter’s Life

Is your girl a busy bee? Does she jump from one thing to the next, constantly changing where she is, who she’s with, and what she’s doing? Is she all activity and no rest?

If so, she’s might be in “activity confinement”, essentially trapping her life inside of her fully-scheduled calendar. Take a look at her schedule and her intentions. Is she overbooked? Stretched too thin? Is she trying to do it all and be it all?
