Physical, Mental, Spiritual Health: A Life Well-Lived

We frequently hear how spiritual and mental health play key roles in raising a Godly girl, but physical health is important too. Scripture tells us that we are created in God’s image, that our bodies are His temple, and that we are strengthened in the Spirit of the Lord.

Encouraging balanced eating and daily movement into your family’s weekly routines serves as a reminder that our bodies are a living sacrifice and that the Fruits of the Spirit, like patience and self-control, apply to everyday temptations.

God’s people are beautifully diverse—we all come in different shapes and sizes with ranging abilities and weaknesses. It’s how we work to glorify God in all aspects of our lives—physically, mentally, and spiritually—that leads to a healthy, Godly life well-lived.
