If God Seems Silent to You, Open Your Bible

Are you and your daughter struggling? Are you praying to God and getting no answers? Are you reading all the parenting blogs and coming up short? Can I ask—have you read your Bible lately?

I’ve heard it said, “don’t say God is silent when your Bible is closed.” Shaping an unshakable identity in Christ starts with a firm grasp of Scripture and a reliance on His precious Word. For you, and for your girl.

I’m sure you’ve heard that “faith is more caught than taught”. Your girl is soaking up your actions, your beliefs, and infusing your behaviors into her own. So when you show a reliance on the Lord, that is going to make an impact. Knowing Scripture and pointing to God’s Truth—that’s going to shine through the muck of today’s culture.
